Two adults in the master bedroom, which has an en-suite shower. The two bunk beds in the smaller second bedroom will comfortably sleep two adults. And the studio room - doubling as the tv & games room - contains an adult-sized day bed.

We’re located in Peebles, overlooking the town and the River Tweed. It is just a few minutes' walk from the town centre, which has bars, cafés, and restaurants. The location is also surrounded by breath-taking landscapes, art galleries, and historic castles, with Edinburgh within easy reach.
